Officially introducing my camera, Gilbert Blythe…

We visited the top of Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, TN…and this was the best view we had the whole time.

Just outside of Little Rock, traffic came to a complete stop–right when we were in the middle of this bridge.

It took so long people walked their dogs, got out and stretched, chatted with various drivers, and all that. But finally we got moving again, and we eventually got home. *yay*

When we got back I was greeted by awesome purple walls. *screams* I love the color.

Pretty soon it looked like this though.

As if the house wasn’t messy enough…we decided to clear out the younger girls’ bedroom and paint it pink. Bright. Pink.

I made dinner. No further comment.

And last, but not least, we put on a short concert at the Boys and Girls Club.
And there you have it, the last few weeks around here courtesy of Gilbert.
Rice…
Gilbert Blythe eh??
OHH!! i can see the river in the background of the photo of y’all!! what a view!!
Oh, you know what? I remember that bridge… we’ve crossed it many times on the way to and from our grandparents in TN.. never had to stop on it though…
aww, these photos make me miss y’all… *sniff*
Hehe! I like that name!
Gilbert Blythe. Hmmm, now you just need a Anne “spelled with an ‘E’”.
Right?

Oh, Gilbert! *swoons*
Thanks for the pictures, Gilbert. We really appreciate you keeping Toni’s life in hand. I hope you’ll take my advice and be gentle with her, because when life is stressful she needs an awesome friend like you to keep her sane. I’m not just saying this- I’ve heard it from her own lips. Anyway, thanks again, and keep up the shooting!
;D
Why did the traffic completely stop? Some car crash?
It looked like a bulldozer had fallen off the trailer it was on…but everything was cleaned up when we got there. I was expecting some awful wreck–fortunately there wasn’t one!
I’m so glad you’re back and getting back into life down here! Love you. Awesome pics. Awesome Gilbert.
Gilbert, sounds down to earth. Especially with a picture memory. Hopefully he helps you look at life through a different lens. And I hope he can change perspective, accordingly. Also, remind him to wear flashy clothing in dark places. I’ll bet he can provide great pictures for many (or with) many settings.
There was that enough puns for you?
